Comast were contracted to carry out the construct of 5 new lift shafts to the existing estate buildings.  Works included modification to the existing structures, structural connections made and shafts formed.

The contract also included the supply and install of various service routes/sleeves, to each of the new lifts shafts, as well as the construction of various access ramps, access steps and hard landscaping to the grounds. 

Time and materials were managed to allow a progressive build of each shaft.  Start and handovers of each shaft were coordinated with the client to allow a managed delivery and efficient use of resources.
